New Account and Ticket Creation

Please follow the steps below to submit a new data recovery project to Recovery Force.

Create a new user account

• Be sure to activate your account with the link in the account activation e-mail you receive
• Previous system users need to re-create the user account on this new portal

Create a New Ticket

• A new ticket should be created for each separate hard drive to be recovered unless it is a multiple drive RAID
• The system will send out an email with a ticket number and shipping instructions
• In order to create a ticket, you are required to pre-approve the minimum rate. This is only charged after the recovery is complete.

Shipping

The next stop for you is to get your failed media to our lab for the assessment.  You are welcome to hand deliver your project to our lab in person during our business hours or , for those who aren’t close by, please ship your drive(s) to:

If shipping from outside of Canada, please be sure to specifiy that you are sending it in for service/repair with a $10 value on the commercial invoice required with the shipping documents. Any import fees and taxes incurred as a result of higher values being entered will be billed back to the customer.
