Re: Long File Paths - Still
It is now 2025 and still no fix. Just tried to select specific files and folders from the Users directory and it is just a complete mess. It is so bad, it is embarrasing. And, sadly, thanks to how MRT updated their map files, using UFS as an alternative isn't working now, too. Honestly, you'd think ...

Re: Seagate Rosewood Families, Headmaps and Preamps
I have Rosewood st1000lm035 1rk172-568 with "alternative" preamp. Others have suggested that if a patient pcb is mounted on a donor drive and it spins up and gives terminal respnse that it will be a suitable donor. My donor is "default" but it spins up the patient drive and give...

Re: Doubt HDD parking
I'm not letting the latest post go through. As I already said, I'm tired of beating a dead horse. Ive seen your posts all over the forums and they are driving me nuts. If you want to ask questions about a real data recovery case, fire away.

Re: Doubt HDD parking
This thing has gotta be some kind of bot surely? I've actually got 3 more post requests from that account in moderator queue. If getting high on the SEO algorithms for head parking was on my list of priorities, I'd be all in for useless discussions. But I am just tired of this guy beating a dead ho...

Re: HITACHI HDT721010SLA360
I don't think you can write the ROM through a PC3000 utility. I think you can sometimes get lucky and move the NVRAM to a donor baord with the same ROM version or you need to move the chips physically.

Re: Seagate Rosewood Families, Headmaps and Preamps
Terrible records, scratch easily, sometimes same record, same preamp, not compatible or other times clean surface, you plug in a donor head, after 20 minutes it breaks, totally useless. If I read your comment correctly, I agree that the Rosewood platters are pure garbage and head swapping is very c...

That sucks.italyassistance wrote: ↑Fri Oct 18, 2024 7:51 am We had the mobile, it had a few models, many of which were Chinese phones, last year they offered me the money I spent to get it back, because they said they would only update up to a certain point, because the mobile pro had come out which we couldn't buy.
