Right now, I bent the head 0
imaging with a head 1
Maybe set in ROM volume lower than the real volume?

There is a scratch on the platter 0,
The scratch is very close to the inside of the platter (to the motor) Is there a way to prevent the head to reach scratch?

Did you try donor PCB from same firmware version of the drive, importing RAP, CAP and SAP from the patient ROM? forgot to mention in the original post, I have tried it already, nothing changed Could be a media cache issue or similar file 93 issue as well. 1.
