Re: "ECC ERROR IGNORE ON" Enabled... MQ04UBF100
Whit fuction EARR disable, support is more stable, but I have noticed that these MQ04 units have serious compatibility problems when you mount new heads, in fact it happened to me already two or three times, that with new heads, from identical donors, where only the construction period changes the s...

Re: ST2000LM003 - Head Swapping
Hi Luke, have you looked into this theory further? If I have two st2000lm003 with the same pcb, but different preamp, by swapping the pcb, will the preamps work?

Re: UFS Explorer Technician
I have an old My book duo with JMS561 UFS chip, it recognizes it as Raid 1 but does not give me any possibility to transform the filesystem or decrypt the partition, why?

Re: Toshiba MQ04UBD200 compatible Heads compare
The strange thing about these drives is that when you convert them to sata, there is a huge difficulty in reconstructing the partition, folders and files, most of the time you are forced to do a raw recovery because the structure is always partial or non-existent, plus even changing the text set, it...

Re: INTENSO 480GB SSD HIGH SM2259
Unfortunately even with the heating method and air cool spray nothing changes at all, I think that the state of the nand is really bad, so the customer will have to settle for a partial recovery.

INTENSO 480GB SSD HIGH SM2259
I have this intenso SM2259 I loaded the loader and built the translator, but when reading it gives me many ECC errors and it is very very slow, they advised me to heat the nand chips up to 160°, but I was wondering, do the chips have to be heated constantly for the whole reading phase, or do I have ...

Re: Seagate Rosewood Families, Headmaps and Preamps
excatly, Last week, I had a case of a customer with glued heads, and from the label it was identical to another customer who had good heads but firmware problems, I go to unglue the heads, but I don't turn on the patient, I directly insert the donor heads, the donor turns on, reads modules, sectors,...

Re: Seagate Rosewood Families, Headmaps and Preamps
Terrible records, scratch easily, sometimes same record, same preamp, not compatible or other times clean surface, you plug in a donor head, after 20 minutes it breaks, totally useless.
