ISOBuster is amazing but I doubt very much that it (or anything else) can rescue tracks from that CD, given its deplorable condition.

Below is a hybrid picture of the matching SATA (top) and USB PCBs. Remove the 4 caps at the base of the arrows in the picture, then connect the traces that go to them to the respective positions on a SATA data connector. Keep the leads a sort as possible. After transferring heads, don't transferring adaptives take care of that, or do you not transfer adaptives as a matter of routine after head swaps?
