From time to time, we have the need to insert a 2.5" hard drive into a 3.5" hot swap bay. There are plenty of rail kits you can get, but for a faster solution, we have found this bay from Startech to do the trick, without the need for screws.

Dude, I've been looking for something exactly like this!!! Normally I use the WD Velociraptor sleds for this purpose, but I've got this HDD wiping tower that has these funny metal clips coming down from the top that get stuck if I try to insert one of those sleds.
