I'm guessing these are the preamp manufacturers:

• AG = Agere
  TI = Texas Instruments
  LSI = LSI Corp

Wouldn't it make sense to record the preamp IDs?

AG and LSI are the same company, as well. I may consider adding the preamp details when I have them available.

Wouldn't it make sense to record the preamp IDs?

The problem is that in order to get the preamp, the drive needs to be working and finding the preamp in the ROM is not so easy with the newer series.
