PC3000 Mobile Opinion

A place where we can post about what we are seeing failing. Are you seeing a lot of a particular model of drive failing? This is where you would post about it and see if others are seeing the same thing too.

Hello,

Can anyone share their experience using PC3000 Mobile and whether it's value for money.

That depends where you are in the world. If you are in the US then its of no use at all. If based in the EU it can be useful.

It certainly would be more helpful if they were to post the known models of phones that are and are not supported. As of right now, it is of little use here in North America.

That said, it is my understanding that they are now only selling the units to law enforcement agencies.

They have 2 solutions for Mobile, one for DR Labs and another for Law Agencies.

We had the mobile, it had a few models, many of which were Chinese phones, last year they offered me the money I spent to get it back, because they said they would only update up to a certain point, because the mobile pro had come out which we couldn't buy.

But now smartphones have double hardware and software encryption, so it is unthinkable to perform the chip-off technique, many customers who contact us ask for a recovery on deleted data, but it is almost impossible, so where will the data recovery on smartphones go?

Mostly it will be cases of unlocking, for instance.
