Hello,

Okay, got a version for you to try .. www.disktuna.com/download/jpeg-test-setup.exe

Windows will probably complain about unknown file (did for me), click more info and then run anyway.

Unfortunately you can not use the previous save file. May even crash when tried, and if not results will be unreliable.

Hey I ran it from a different PC and its still crashing at around 40%. I run the autosave then it jumps up to 27%, goes on for a while then crashes at 40% again.

Are you getting any other complaints similar to this?

Hi,

No, not exactly like this. I will look at telemetry data again.

Hi,

It's not crashing at the same point. We crash sooner correct?

So this does not have to do with the changes/fixes. Probably due to being on different environment (windows 8.1 vs Windows 10).

If you want to continue debugging:

- Option 1. Move disk back to previous PC. Install 1.89 on there. Copy latest save file (from %APPDATA%\Roaming\DiskTuna\) to previous PC. Try again. Load save file when prompted.

- Option 2. On current PC restart scan, this time with video preview DISABLED. Ignore save file.

The problem with both options is that I will not be able to see previews. I need to know i can recover those specific files properly in order to purchase the license.

It crashes at precisely 41.1%

Hello,

For some reason I can not PM you. Can you give me an email address I can send a serial to.

And then as suggested on previous system or with preview disabled, simply save all files (if we get that far) so you can sort files later. Preview enabled requires a fair amount of memory and it is probably why it crashes.

It is not crashing at same point as before.

Ok I may be mistaken about the crashing at exact point, but it is usually around the 40 mark. I will send you my email on PM.

Thanks a lot for your effort, great customer service.
