RAID 5 with 2 drive failure

A place where we can post about what we are seeing failing. Are you seeing a lot of a particular model of drive failing? This is where you would post about it and see if others are seeing the same thing too.

RAID 5 with 2 drive failure

This month, we have encountered several RAID 5 data recovery projects where at least 2 of the hard drives have failed. On of these projects had 2 of 3 drives with fatal damage, rendering it unrecoverable. The remainder were all recoverable at our base price.
