Between being stupid busy and not wanting to risk my client's drives on this system, we haven't really had a lot of time to push the system. My observation, thus far, is that it is a good starter system for data recovery, but once you have PC3000, you will likely only be using the MRT to handle the overflow.
Very common things we encounter that it does not handle, which are handled by PC3000:
- smartware encrypted western digital drives
- SED drives
- seagate drives with locked firmware
