For many years now, we have been supporting a few clients who use SafeBoot encryption. Some cases have been easier than others, but we are just now finishing a case where we have had to forcefully decrypt the corrupt drive in order to be able to recover the client's data. After each case, we feel a little more confident in our abilities to handle SafeBoot encrytped drives, but it seems that each new case we get is has a new twist to push us to go extra lengths to figure it out.
