This is the type of question that usually results in lots of spam from various recovery program vendors.

Although I'm not a big fan of installing programs on the device on which you are trying to recover, the program that I've had positive feedback from my clients who have used it, is Disk Digger from the Play Store.

This can be done in 3 simple steps:

1. The first step is to download PhoneRescue for Android and install it on your computer (Mac & PC) then launch it and connect your Samsung phone to the computer. It will automatically recognize your Samsun Galaxy Note.

2. Next step is to Just select only the Photos category and click Next to scan your deleted photos on your Samsung mobile phone.
3. The third and last step is after the scanning is done the app will get your deleted photos, then you can preview them and choose any to save to your computer for backup.

From now on, going forward, because I too have accidentally deleted files, on my Samsung Galaxy TabA, I have RecycleMaster from PlayStore. It took a little geeking around to get it to do what I want it to do, however, I now find deleted stuff in the souped-up recycle bin, which I can either permanently delete or restore. If RecycleMaster turns out not to work for you as you want it to, there are many other similar offerings in PlayStore.
