I've had success with such swaps, sometimes needing to import the donor head adaptives by doing so. A good way to test without having to swap heads is to put the patient PCB on the donor drive and read the terminal output. If you get an immediate message stating that the head preamp is not compatible, then you know for sure.

I got above output at the terminal. Is it hopeful ? but the drive remained on bsy.

I'd say that it is hopeful. Of course, there is always a chance that there is media damage on the lower surfaces, too. Be sure to inspect the heads of the patient really well to have an idea of what you can expect with the surfaces. Also, backup the ROM and resources of the donor drive before you take it apart.
