Here are the two categories of data recovery:
• When the hard drive of the computer is properly working, but, there is accidental lose of data known as “logical error”
• When the hard drive has technical issues or some of the components may not be working known as “physical error”
• .
In many cases the data has been lost due to a “logical” problems and a software solution can be used to recover files. It is only if you drive has physical errors that you need to send it to a hardware recovery service.

This post reeks of oncoming spam. We'll allow it and see where it leads. If you post here trying to push crappy software, your account will be locked and the posts will be deleted...and you will get special mention in our list of companies who spam our forum.

If Andy sticks to exchanging ideas, concepts, thoughts, etc., concerning data recovery -- Post 1 is a fair start. As long as questionable software is not brought up -- I'm in, otherwise, delete away

Surely the OP cannot be involved in data recovery. There are so many inaccuracies in that post.
