Remote Support for MRT Users

We are giving consideration of offering paid remote support for MRT system owners and are trying to gauge if there is any interest. As we are situated in GMT-5 time zone, support would likely be based on business hours in that time zone, to start.
What are your thoughts? Would you pay for such a service?
Another question is in regards to training. Would you be interested in basic training with an MRT card?
