We would like to welcome the Computer Troubleshooters in North Vancouver as the latest addition or our data recovery satellite locations as Recovery Force’s official Vancouver Data Recovery centre.
As a Recovery Force satellite location, not only can Recovery Force clients drop their data recovery projects off at this location to be redirected to the main lab in Guelph, Ontario, Recovery Force has installed proprietary equipment on site which allows an actual data recovery lab technician to remotely access and possibly recover data without the failed hard drive leaving North Vancouver.
In the cases where level 1 or 2 recoveries can be done remotely, they are usually completed within a day or two. If the project is quoted as needing to go to the lab, the client can refuse the quote and, again, the drive need not be shipped.
