Email Error 550 in Outlook 2016

I’m facing email error 550 in MS Outlook 2016. When I tried to access Outlook it shows an error message
‘550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable’.

I have find this error on many forums and found few resources:

Please suggest which one is beneficial.

Moderator note: It is amazing how annoying Stellar spammers can be. They post a question and three links to seemingly different sights, with 2 of them giving links back to the one site that they are trying to promote.
